This purchase allows buyers to print a Customized Image in Reflective Permanent Vinyl. The decal is able to be permanently applied to windows, walls, cars, toys, electronics, cups, etc (any non-fabric material).
The Decal is PERMANENT and acts like a sticker. The decal is designed with reflective material that enhances visibility in low-light conditions by reflecting light back towards the source (ex: headlights or flashlight).
The decal does not “glow in the dark”, it reflects light (similar to street signs / highway exits signs / safety vehicles / etc).
